Bring the messy middle

You do not need a polished brief.

Bring the goal, the obstacle and what you have tried. We will turn it into a useful next move.

Positioning, offers, campaigns and practical plans your team can execute.

02

Social media strategy

Platform choices, content systems, reporting and decisions grounded in what matters.

Plainspoken advice. Flexible support. No agency theater.

Specific

Recommendations tied to your actual offer, audience, capacity and constraints.

Independent

Advice is not shaped around selling you a predetermined retainer.

Usable

You leave knowing what to do next, what can wait and what success should look like.

Client feedback

Use verified words only.

Testimonial placeholder

Add a short client quote only after written approval, with the name/title level the client authorizes.

Private-client option

Use “Owner, professional-services firm” when a client approves the quote but not public identification.

Frequently asked

Before you book

Is the $50 consultation a sales call?

No. It is a paid working session focused on one priority. If further work makes sense, you will receive options after onboarding.

Do you work in person?

No. BPV serves clients remotely and schedules in Eastern Time.

What should I bring?

Your goal, the decision or obstacle, useful links or numbers, and what you have already tried.

Can you manage implementation?

Sometimes. Strategy, audits, content systems, reporting and selected implementation can be scoped after the initial session and onboarding paperwork.

Do you guarantee results?

No ethical consultant can guarantee platform, sales or audience outcomes. BPV can provide sound analysis, clear deliverables and agreed work; implementation and market response involve factors outside BPV’s control.

Services

Choose the problem, not a bloated package.

Start with a focused consultation. Larger scopes are proposed after the goal, access, approvals and deliverables are clear.

Useful work, shown with the right boundaries.

Client-sensitive work is summarized without confidential materials, unverified numbers or implied permission to publish a client’s name.

Content categories, cadence, repeatable production steps, platform adaptation and practical KPI structure.

What this demonstrates: turning inconsistent posting into an operating system.

Travel & service brands

Editing, export verification, version naming, client handoff and platform-ready file delivery.

What this demonstrates: creative execution with reliable handoff details.

Small business

Offer and client-experience review

Service packaging, onboarding questions, communication checkpoints and risk-aware next actions.

What this demonstrates: connecting marketing promises to delivery reality.

Portfolio and credit rights

BPV does not publish client work, names, logos, testimonials, metrics or behind-the-scenes material without written permission. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, BPV may request permission to show a limited excerpt after public launch; the client may approve, limit or decline. Confidential information and licensed third-party materials remain excluded.

How we work

BPV works remotely in Eastern Time. Your signed scope controls the work. Keep decisions, approvals and source files in the agreed project channel.

Communication

  • Use the project email or agreed workspace for decisions.
  • Label urgent items only when they truly affect the agreed schedule.
  • Meeting notes summarize decisions; correct them promptly if needed.
  • Do not send passwords, 2FA codes or unrestricted sensitive data.

Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate source material, timely approvals and lawful access.
  • Identify the final decision-maker.
  • Confirm rights for supplied photos, footage, music, testimonials and claims.
  • Review work before publication and maintain final account control.

Revisions and scope

Included revisions, response periods and acceptance criteria appear in the proposal or statement of work. New platforms, formats, campaigns, production or automation may require a change order.

Payments

Consultations are prepaid. Packages and implementation work are invoiced after onboarding. Work may pause on overdue invoices or missing dependencies.

Example offboarding and handover pack

  • Final deliverables with version and date
  • Approved source files and export formats
  • Content calendar and status of scheduled items
  • Account-ownership register and client-controlled recovery details
  • Third-party asset and license register
  • Analytics baseline and final KPI summary
  • Open decisions, known limitations and recommended next actions
  • Archive map: where each file lives and who owns it
  • Access-removal confirmation for BPV and subcontractors
  • Written acceptance or documented final review window
Passwords, 2FA codes and private keys are never placed in the handover document. Transfer them using the client’s approved secure method.

Choose the setup that fits the client

  • Google Drive-first: folders + strict filenames + a Google Sheet index. Best when the team already lives in Workspace.
  • Airtable-style database: better filtering, previews and relationship fields; requires another platform and governance.
  • Canva-first: useful for approved design components, but keep originals and license records outside Canva.
  • Shared drive + DAM: best for high volume or multiple brands; assign an owner and retention policy.
  • Minimalist client: one approved folder, one archive, one rights sheet and one monthly cleanup.

Usage and licensing

Know what the client is buying.

Client-owned material

The client retains ownership of material it supplies and warrants that it may provide and use that material for the engagement.

BPV background technology

BPV retains templates, frameworks, prompts, methods, checklists, processes, know-how and reusable systems developed before or outside the engagement. When embedded in a paid deliverable, the client receives the license stated in the signed agreement.

Custom deliverables

Ownership or license terms for custom work are defined in the proposal or statement of work and take effect only after full payment. Editable/source files are included only when expressly listed.

Third-party assets

Stock media, fonts, music, software and platform elements remain subject to their own licenses. A client may need its own account or license. “Royalty-free” does not mean free of all restrictions.

Typical license choices

  • Limited business-use license: specified channels, territory, term and campaign.
  • Broad internal/external use: the client may use the final deliverable across its business, excluding resale or standalone redistribution.
  • Ownership transfer: only for specifically identified custom deliverables, after full payment, excluding BPV background technology and third-party materials.

Portfolio and credit

No public portfolio use or client identification without written permission. Credits are used only when agreed or required by an asset license.

These explanations are general business information. The signed engagement agreement and the applicable third-party license control.

Working terms

Clear expectations protect both sides.

Payment

The $50 introductory consultation is prepaid through PayPal. Packages and project work are invoiced after onboarding paperwork is complete. Accepted invoice methods may include PayPal Business, Zelle where appropriate, ACH or another method compatible with the client’s accounting system and confirmed on the invoice. Do not send Zelle payment until BPV confirms the recipient details through an established channel.

Scheduling and cancellations

Scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation and no-show terms will appear on the booking page before payment. Emergency exceptions remain at BPV’s discretion.

Approvals and client use

The client is responsible for final review, factual claims, legal/regulatory approval, account control, publication, implementation and how deliverables are used or modified.

Sample limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BPV’s total aggregate liability arising from an engagement will not exceed the total fees actually paid to BPV for the specific project giving rise to the claim. Neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, except to the extent a signed agreement or applicable law provides otherwise.

Sample client indemnity

The client will defend, indemnify and hold harmless BPV and its personnel from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from client-supplied materials, instructions, products, services, claims, account activity, publication, distribution, modification or use of the work, except to the extent caused by BPV’s gross negligence, willful misconduct or material breach of the signed agreement.

Agreement controls

Website summaries are not a substitute for the signed engagement agreement. Project-specific terms may differ.

The clauses and NDA are starting points, not legal advice. A qualified Florida attorney should review them for BPV’s actual engagements.

Website media plan

Use real footage when it builds trust. Use stock when it carries context.

About BPV

Independent thinking for owners who need traction.

Bond Professional Ventures LLC is a Florida-based consulting business serving clients remotely. I help turn unclear marketing, inconsistent social media and operational friction into decisions and systems you can use.

I work best with capable owners and small teams who want honest analysis, practical structure and a partner who will notice what is missing—not merely agree with the first idea.
